My first downloadable workshop entitled - "Becoming- Learning the Mother within." is launching.

This workshop is designed to help becoming and new mothers understand the life transition that awaits in them. I will share with you the four ways matrescence impacts our lives, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your journey through matrescence and will leave feeling more understanding of yourself, your transition to motherhood and will have tips to offer yourself compassion along the way.
